    • Request addressed to the Minister in charge of Finance, specifying the company name (person legal) or the first and last names (natural person) of the applicant, motivation, currency, bank domiciliary, the duration of the account, the maximum estimated balance of the account
    • Justificative documents

The deadline depends on the instruction timeframe at the BCEAO level
