Removing the certificate of geographical location.

As of January 13, 2020, the certificate of geographical location issued by the National Geographic Institute (IGN) previously required as a document to be produced as part of the formalization of a land transaction is deleted.
Consequently, it should no longer be requested from applicants for the various Agency services.
The Principal Registrar of Land Ownership and Mortgages, Heads of Departments, Heads of Communal Offices of the Estate and Land, Communal Regulators of Land Ownership and Mortgages are responsible, each as far as he is concerned, with the execution stringent of this memo.
