The Minister of Economy and Finance has just initiated a major reform in the execution of public expenditure with a view to improving relations between the administration and client users. Through a circular letter, a simplification of the administrative documents required from State service providers was made. For the payment of state service providers, public accountants will no longer request the following documents: the extract from the trade register; the certificate of Unique Fiscal Identifier; the tax certificate; the certificate from the National Social Security Fund (CNSS); the certificate of non-bankruptcy. The requirement of these parts at each stage of the execution of the public order is now a thing of the past. Indeed, it is with the aim of improving the business climate, boosting the private sector by facilitating the payment of its services that the Minister of Economy and Finance Romuald Wadagni, under the leadership of the Head of State, made this decision. Circular letter 1469 / MEF / DC / SGM / DGB / SP dated May 27, 2019 addressed to members of government and actors in the public expenditure execution chain is therefore a salutary measure.
