For nearly eight years now, so since 2007, he has been the Director of Quality and Risks for all of Deloitte’s subsidiaries in French-speaking Africa. Romuald Wadagni was appointed French-speaking Africa Audit Manager at Deloite Group in November 2015. He specializes in international accounting standards, IFRS / US GAAP conversion assignments and Offerings-type transactions (IPO, fundraising, etc.) as well as in the restructuring of public and private companies. This chartered accountant has since April 7, 2016 assumed his functions as Minister of the Economy and Finance of Benin.
