The final objective is to help States find the right balance in order to finance their development, while avoiding excessive indebtedness. Minister Wadagni is scheduled to speak in a panel entitled “For a virtuous financing of development”, in front of an impressive audience of guests including, among others, Madame Christine Lagarde Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Mr. David Malpass, President of the World Bank . At this conference, Benin will undoubtedly gain even more credibility before technical and financial partners in order to ensure the good health of its economy.
