Description

It is a procedure which allows the State, for reasons of public utility, to force private or legal persons to cede the ownership of their immovable property against fair and prior compensation.

  • Decision of the authority to carry out a public utility project;
  • Plan showing the project right-of-way;
  • Availability of funds for the Compensation / Expropriation process.
  • Declarative act of public utility

Time limit

Minimum 6 months
