Description

Title that allows its holder to cede his parcel while the process of confirmation of land rights is underway on said parcel. It is only valid for one (01) non-renewable year (art 17 CFD).

  • Deed of presumption of ownership (Certificate of Customary Detention or Certificate of Resettlement or Court Decision that has become final, tax notice for the last 3 years and receipts from payment)

  • Provision (5 copies of receipts of provision)
