The Government of Benin is launching an International Call for Tenders within the framework of the full sale of the processing plants of agricultural products and the rice mills of Malanville and Glazoué. For reasons of efficient operation, performance and efficiency and to encourage private investment in the agricultural sector, the Government has opted for the complete sale of these factories. By this means, the efforts of the State will be supported by private investments based on the managerial efficiency of the private sector, these investments will constitute a sure lever to improve the overall performance of the agricultural sector.
