The ECOWAS Commission has allocated its own funds to finance the construction of phase II of the ECOWAS logistics depot in Lungi, Republic of Sierra Leone.

The ECOWAS Commission therefore invites all interested bidders to submit their dossier under closed envelopes, for the construction works, in a single lot, of the ECOWAS logistics depot, in Lungi, in the Republic of Sierra Leone.
