The Economic and Financial Programs Monitoring Unit (CSPEF) of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance makes the Growth Program for Sustainable Development (PC2D) 2018-2021 available to the public. After its approval by the Government on March 14, 2018, the PC2D was popularized on Friday August 31, 2018 throughout the national territory, through dissemination workshops.

Organized at the following six sites: Cotonou (for the Atlantic and Littoral departments), Natitingou (for the Atacora and Donga departments), Parakou (for the Alibori and Borgou departments) ), Porto Novo (for the departments of Ouémé and Plateau), Lokossa (for the departments of Mono and Couffo) and Abomey (for the departments of Zou and Collines), the dissemination workshops brought together representatives of prefectures, members of the Departmental Administrative Conference, all municipalities and representatives of civil society and the private sector.

During the workshops, apart from the printed document, the participants had the right to a presentation relating to its content. The seven (07) operational axes of PC2D were presented and relate to:

In addition, all participants were made aware of the need to take into account the PC2D 2018-2021 in the definition of their planning documents at the prefectural and municipal levels.
