This code of good use of computer, electronic and digital resources is a charter which defines the general conditions of use of the information and communication system and in particular of Internet access, networks and multimedia services within the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Benin. Thus, the term “information system” includes computer systems and telecommunications means. This document lists all the fundamental rules of good behavior to be adopted by any official of the Ministry in terms of the use of computer resources and electronic communication. It comes into force as of Monday, July 02, 2018.
