The directory of reference prices for the use of the public administration, as an instrument intended to guarantee, beyond the quality of the expenditure, the reliability of the budget forecasts and the sincerity of the cost of the public order as well that a better framework for the programming of public expenditure is gradually taking root in the environment of the reforms undertaken in Benin. This edition, the thirteenth in a series launched since 2007, is the result of the work of an interministerial commission made up of several structures which benefited from the technical and operational expertise of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Analysis (INSAE), and contributions from several specific structures as well as various resource persons.
