As part of the operationalization of the regional food security reserve, on the financing of the food security storage support project in Africa of the European Union, it is planned to replenish 1130 tonnes of cereals, stocks used by ECOWAS for the intervention in Nigeria 2017. ECOWAS has mobilized these own resources within the framework of special projects to finance the Regional Food Security Reserve.
