In accordance with the statutory audit mission entrusted to us by decree n ° 2016-209 of April 04, 2016 of the President of the Republic, we present to you our report drawn up in accordance with the provisions of article 715 of the uniform act OHADA relating to the law of commercial companies and the GIE and intended to inform the board of directors of the results of the checks that we have carried out on the draft annual financial statements of the Béninoise de Navigation Maritime company (CO.BE. NA.M.) SA for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018.
